Megan is the owner of Cottage Lane Boutique and a wife and mother to 3 young daughters Harper, Hadley, and Tinsley that keep her busy. She began her 11 year and counting animal rescue journey by chance. She was “couponing” free dog treats for her 3 dogs and happen to be standing in line behind someone with an Unleashed Pet Rescue Sweatshirt. That began a conversation about pet rescue and the rest is history.

She worked with Unleashed Pet Rescue for 5 years as their Foster Coordinator, Board Member and other various duties along the way. Next she was the Vice President of Operations and Board Member for Melissa’s Second Chances running the rescue from the ground up. After taking a break during COVID she has joined Fixem’KC to help clients get setup with spay and neutering services.
